Medical Alumni Celebration, Annual Meeting and Reunion Weekend Kick-Off Reception hosted by the Medical Alumni Board - at the Cleveland Botanical Gardens
All alumni are welcome to join the Medical Alumni Association for a reception to honor and recognize the current and past award recipients and past medical alumni board presidents.

Early Registration for the Weekend Events!
Located in the Richard F. Celeste Biomedical Research Building Lobby (BRB)

9:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.

Campus Tour or Free Financial Planning Seminar
Take a shuttle across campus to tour the new Mt. Sinai Skills & Simulation Center at Case Western Reserve University or join us for a brief early luncheon seminar to hear about increasing your wealth for your future with experts in the field.

11:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

Grand Classes Reunion Luncheon in Adelbert Gym, built in 1919
All university graduates before and including 1958 will be guests of the Dean and President Snyder for this luncheon.
 

1:30 p.m. - 3:30 p.m.

Health Care Policy Symposium in the Iris S. and Bert L. Wolstein Research Building
In this election year, health care policy is a prominent issue for both parties. Please join us for a lecture and panel discussion featuring industry experts. The interactive symposium will include a question and answer session.

4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.

“On Your Own” Time  
All sites are conveniently accessible by University Circle shuttles or rapid transit. Or simply relax before the gala.

Welcome Back Gala at the Cleveland Ritz-Carlton Hotel
The Dean welcomes you to join your classmates and old friends, faculty members and School of Medicine leadership for cocktails, dinner and dancing.  A short program will recognize all of our reunion volunteers, alumni award winners, and members of our Medical Alumni Association Board who’s term has ended, introduction of our new board president and new board members.  Music will be provided by a live band.

8:30 a.m.- 10:00 a.m.

Dean's Breakfast to Honor Our Alumni Award Winners in the Richard F. Celeste Biomedical Research Building
The Dean will host breakfast in the BRB dining room and will provide an update on the School. Our alumni award winners will talk briefly about their outstanding careers and achievements. Please join us to help congratulate our alumni award winners.

10:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.

Western Reserve2 Curriculum and Student Guided Tours
Then our students will "show you around" the Medical School Campus including the Wolstein Building, Robbins Wing, Health Sciences Library, Wood Building and more! Those needing assistance, please call the Alumni Relations office and we'll make the appropriate accommodations for you.  These two programs will be running concurrently– each approximately one hour in length.
 

12:30 p.m. - 2:00 p.m.

Luncheon with Our Future Physicians
Rejoin your classmates for lunch in the Richard F. Celeste Biomedical Research Building Dining Room with our future physicians.

2:30 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. 

Rockin’: The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum Tour
Or “On Your Own” Time
Shuttle buses will leave directly from the medical school for a personal tour at Cleveland’s own Rock Hall. Alternatively, plan your free time at local university sites that are conveniently accessible by University Circle shuttles or rapid transit. Or simply relax before reuniting with your class at dinner.

Dean's Farewell Reception and Class Photos
Cocktails and hors d’oeuvres– here is where you will be able to reconnect with your friends and classmates.
Class photos will be scheduled during this time.

7:30 p.m.

Individual Class Parties at the Cleveland Ritz-Carlton
After cocktails and "hellos," sit down to a delicious dinner with your class and catch up with your old friends. This evening is the perfect end to a wonderful weekend - so enjoy!
